RETURNS

TiniTiny.store as the brand  for Fasclo Apparels is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are, in serving you.

To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition i.e. the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the packaging & seal intact. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items. The return request will have to be raised within 7 days of your order delivery date.

To raise the request for returns, feel free to drop us an email at support@tinitiny.store or call us at +916291696475 to raise the return request. To complete your refund, we require a supporting proof for the condition of the product it was received in (in case product was damaged).

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Post quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original mode of payment or to the account details shared

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Exceptions will be made in cases of grievance related to damaged products or incorrect shipping

Points to be noted –

  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with
  • Any damage caused due to neglect; improper usage will not eligible for refund
  • All quantities of same SKU to be returned
  • No exchange requests will be entertained
  • No replacements/refunds will be entertained for any technical damage in product. TiniTiny will be happy to connect you with the brand support team but holds no liability for any such cases.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Tinitiate.store holds no liability for any 3rd party promotions and rights to refund/ replace will remain with TiniTiny.store
